  • Mike operating a boat

    Mike Scanlan

Mike has over 25 years of experience in RV and marine service and repair. At age 12 Mike worked at his family-owned marine repair service shop in Florence, Oregon. That was when he discovered his passion for boating and hoped to eventually run his own business in the industry he loved, just like his father.

With a strong commitment to integrity and exceptional customer service, Mike prioritizes building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliability. He understands that RV and marine systems can be complex, and he takes the time to thoroughly diagnose issues, explain findings clearly, and outline practical solutions.

Beyond resolving problems efficiently, Mike believes informed customers make better decisions. He enjoys sharing his knowledge, answering questions, and helping clients better understand how their systems work so they can feel confident, prepared, and back to enjoying their time on the water or on the road.

Behind the scenes, Shelly handles the administrative and financial side of the business, including billing, bookkeeping, assisting with parts ordering, and ensuring all service records are accurate and up to date.

Shelly is also a notary, so let her know if you need documents notarized while you’re here.

  • Birdie and Addi

Birdie and Addi share the responsibility of serving as official Activity Directors, a role they take very seriously—especially when it comes to enforcing snack breaks, organizing playtime, and ensuring scheduled naps are observed.

They also act as the unofficial “doorbell system,” enthusiastically (and loudly) announcing every office door opening as if it’s a major event. They believe it’s part of their job description and not at all an attempt to scare off customers.

Between treats and playtime, they keep things fun, a little chaotic, and make sure we don’t take life—or work—too seriously. Together, they manage morale, snack distribution, and the very important rule that work should always be interrupted for play or treats.
